Conclusions
Location Feasibility The potential site is located near large housing community with little commercial zoning. The size of the area necessary for our company would mean that several parcels containing single-family housing would have to be eliminated and families relocated. In addition, the cost of the property for this plot of land lies in a fairly expensive section of the city with views of Lake Washington and Lake Union as well as the Olympics and Cascades. The actual feasibility of using this potential site for location of our facilities would be highly unlikely due to these factors.
